§ 78-63. Parking of vehicles on city streets prohibited during certain hours.

(a)

No vehicle shall be parked on any street in the city between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

(b)

A person who violates this section shall be responsible for a parking violation, subject to payment of a civil fine as set forth in section 78-96.
