§ 4.5. Ineligibility for city office or employment.

No person who holds or has held an elective city office shall be eligible for appointment to any city office or employment for which compensation is paid by the City, until two (2) years have elapsed following the term for which they were elected or appointed, unless their appointment thereto is approved by a two-thirds ( 2/3 ) vote of the Council.
