§ 82-39. Compliance with construction and capacity requirements.

Plats for premises located within the city and subdivided into four or more lots or parcels shall not be approved by the city after May 16, 1985, unless an extension to the system is constructed to serve all lots or parcels in the plat in compliance with the construction and capacity requirements of the city as reviewed by the city engineer, all at the cost of the owner of the premises. This is intended to implement the provisions of the land division act, Act No. 288 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1967 (MCL 560.101 et seq., MSA 26.430(101) et seq.).
