§ 26-83. Supervision.

(a)

The city shall supervise and control the implementation of this article. The city may also designate additional persons as necessary or advisable to carry out this article to assure efficient implementation and operation of the public, educational and governmental access channel.

(b)

The council shall:

(1)

Oversee the implementation of this article;

(2)

Supervise and review the actions and decisions of the cable access committee; and

(3)

Interpret the ruling of the cable access committee.
